In line with this mission, we are thrilled to announce the recipients of this year’s scholarships, among whom is the remarkable THENNVAN .N. THENNVAN .N embodies the spirit of perseverance and dedication. Currently enrolled as a first-year student at Dr. Sagunthala Engineering College, he is pursuing a Bachelor of Technology degree.Despite the financial challenges stemming from his disadvantaged background, Thennvan persists unwaveringly in his quest for knowledge and personal development.

FRANCIS XAVIER

FRANCIS XAVIER, a first-year student at Don Basco College of Arts & Science, is carving his path towards academic success with a major in B.Com. Beyond his commitment to his studies, Francis actively engages in a diverse array of extracurricular pursuits. He brings his leadership skills to the forefront as a valued member of the student government, where he plays a pivotal role in shaping campus initiatives and fostering a vibrant student community. Additionally, Francis showcases his intellectual prowess and oratory finesse as a member of the debate team, where he thrives in intellectually stimulating discussions and competitions. Moreover, his dedication to serving the community shines through his role as a tutor at the local library, where he selflessly shares his knowledge and helps others in their academic endeavors. Francis Xavier’s multifaceted involvement exemplifies his passion for holistic development and his commitment to making a positive impact both within and beyond the campus walls.

Chithirai Selvi.K

Chithirai Selvi.K, a first-year student at Don Basco College of Arts & Science, is pursuing her passion for commerce with a focus on Computer Applications (C.A) in B.Com. Alongside her academic pursuits, Chithirai is deeply engaged in various extracurricular activities that reflect her diverse interests and commitment to making a difference.As an active member of the environmental club, Chithirai channels her concern for the planet into meaningful action, participating in initiatives aimed at promoting sustainability and eco-consciousness within the college community and beyond. Her involvement in the student newspaper highlights her keen interest in journalism and communication, where she contributes her insights and writing skills to keep the student body informed and engaged.
